Digital Marketing Manager
Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager role is responsible for working with Brand & Product Director and the Marketing Manager on the Brand and Marketing strategy and is accountable for the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, channels and projects to deliver business growth.

- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM and PPC.
- Alongside the Marketing Manager, plan and deliver effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising to increase brand visibility, attract new clients and retain existing customers.
- Management of all company social media channels.
- Manage the Bronte by Moon ecommerce channel with support and collaboration from the wholesale and retail sales teams.
- Management of company websites and web design agencies.
- Take ownership for reviewing and implementing marketing technology and tools to maximise efficiency and productivity. Ensure that robust tracking and measurement is in place for all marketing activity.
- Drive the digital transformation of our customer touchpoints across all divisions such as the Moon trade portal.
- Manage effective relationships with marketing and PR agencies to ensure consistent execution and commercial outcomes
- Manage and report on the marketing budget.
- Ensure company brand and voice is applied consistently and clearly in all internal and external communications.
- Provide guidance and training on the Moon brand guidelines to commercial teams to ensure a consistent brand identity.
- Collaborating with sales teams to improve marketing results
- Keep aware of market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic idea generation for both Moon and Bronte by Moon brands.
- Maintain a broad understanding of our customer data protection requirements and statutory obligations for the purpose of sales and marketing.
- Support our retail stores/ecommerce by driving awareness and traffic/footfall via online/offline channels.
- Work closely with the People Director and Brand & Product Director to review and develop our marketing strategy, including recruitment, CSR, and internal communications, to support our People strategy.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of marketing best practices.
- Identify opportunities for the company to attend industry or technical events to drive brand awareness and push Moon to the forefront of UK textiles.
- BS/MS degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, trends, tools and social media platforms.
- Experience with PPC, SEO, SEM strategy and website management.
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative and as part of a larger, cross-functional, multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to articulate marketing goals, strategies, and results to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and delivering results.
- People management with the ability to inspire those within a team to achieve collaborative and individual goals.
- Budget management.
- Ability to think strategically to develop digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, understanding how different channels fit into the overall strategy.
- Analytical skills to forecast and interpret data to identify trends and challenges, as well as KPI tracking to measure campaign performance.
