The Head of Sales will be instrumental in generating new business, maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, and driving the commercial strategy forward. The successful applicant will work closely with our Customer Service team, Brand & Product Director, and Marketing team to ensure that our brand is optimally positioned, and that targets are met.

The Cloth Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality, efficiency, and production of Warping, Weaving, and Drawing-in functions, ensuring high standards are maintained. This role involves setting departmental targets in line with company demand and the Planning Manager, optimizing the production process to meet both quantity and quality demands without compromising craftsmanship.
