- How do I place a trade order?
If you are an Interior Design Professional, Retailer, or Manufacturer, we can set you up with a trade account. Get in touch with us through our contact form (below) and we will send a short trade application form. Once we've received your completed form and approved, we will set you up as a pro forma account and send you a welcome pack with trade prices and terms.

- Do you have a minimum order amount?
Our minimum order quantity is one metre per design. From this initial metre you can then order in 10cm increments, i.e. 1.1m, 1.2m etc. A full piece of fabric is approximately 55m and qualifies for a piece price discount. There is no minimum order on pattern books.

- Where can I find out technical information?
All technical details of our fabrics are listed in the Specifications tab; next to shades when you're viewing a particular design. From this tab you can see recommended uses, composition, pattern repeat, fabric width, and British Standards. These specifications should provide all the necessary information for Contract projects, however if you would like further advice please contact your Moon Sales representative or our Customer Service team.

Whilst we are trade only from the mill, you can see a map of stockists in your desired area from the Where to Buy page. Click here to enter your address or postcode into our Moon stockist map. Please note that for orders placed through our stockists we are unable to directly advise you on individual stockist policies or delivery times.

- How do I order fabric samples?
This free service is available to both trade and non-trade customers. Click the 'Order Swatch' button next to your desired fabric and you will see it appear in 'My Fabrics' at the top left hand side of the page. Once you've chosen your swatches (up to a maximum of 10), proceed to checkout from the My Fabrics page where you will be asked to enter your delivery details.

We recommend dry clean only for all of our fabric ranges as using a professional cleaning service is the best way to guarantee your wool will remain in top quality condition. However, we have created an unofficial cleaning guide with advice and solutions for staining which can be found here.
