• As wool is a natural fibre, slight variations in colour, texture and finish may occur
• Fabric images and samples are intended as a guide only
• Product availability may change without notice

Measurements, weights and specifications are approximate unless otherwise stated.

SAMPLES
Samples are available for many of our fabrics and products.

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing fabric, as colour, scale and texture can appear differently in situ and under varying lighting conditions.

Sample availability may vary by collection.

ORDERING
Placing an order through the website does not constitute acceptance of that order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders
• Limit quantities purchased
• Correct pricing or product errors
• Cancel orders where payment cannot be authorised

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

FABRIC ORDERS & CUT LENGTHS 

All fabric is cut to order from our mill in Yorkshire.

For this reason:

• We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order
• Cut fabric is non-returnable unless faulty
• Once fabric has been cut, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the order

Minor variations in colour, weave, handle or finish may occur between batches and samples.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier or postal services
• Customs clearance
• Severe weather
• Events outside of our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Please inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any issues within a reasonable timeframe.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

In summary:

• As all fabric is cut to order from our mill in Yorkshire, fabric orders are non-returnable unless faulty
• We strongly recommend ordering a sample prior to purchasing fabric
• Accessories and non-cut products may be eligible for return subject to approval and must be returned unused and in original condition
• Any issues relating to faulty or damaged goods should be reported within a reasonable timeframe following delivery

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

TRADE ORDERS

Approved trade customers and business purchasers may be subject to separate Trade Terms & Conditions of Sale.

These apply in addition to these website Terms & Conditions.

Where applicable, trade terms will take precedence over consumer website terms.
