Bronte by Moon Returns & Replacement Information

We hope you’re happy with your order. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, items can be returned within 28 days of receipt, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email customersupport@brontebymoon.co.uk before returning, including your order number, name, and contact details.
  2. Complete the paper returns form included with your parcel.
  3. Package your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring swing tags remain intact and there are no signs of use.

Items Must Be

Returned unused, unwashed, and in a resaleable condition, with all original packaging and labels attached. Bronte by Moon reserves the right to refuse refunds for items returned in used, damaged, washed, or altered condition.

Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked and insured service to protect against loss or damage in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

Please retain your tracking number until your return has been processed.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the goods were faulty or incorrect, and any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refund total.

Items must be returned to be eligible for a refund. If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit following an investigation, a replacement item will be offered.

Refunds will not be issued for missing parcels unless they are returned or deemed irrecoverable following investigation.
