Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies, such as browser storage, which work in the same way. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.

How we use cookies

• Essential: required for the site to work, including login, basket, checkout, payment and security. These cannot be switched off. Providers include Sana Commerce (our ecommerce platform), Adyen (payments), Google Fonts (typefaces) and Usercentrics (which records your cookie choices).
• Functional: enable additional features, such as embedded video (YouTube), spam protection on forms (Google reCAPTCHA) and site performance monitoring (Dynatrace). These are only used with your consent.
• Analytics: help us understand how the site is used, so we can improve product information, ordering and service for our customers. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can find and fix usability problems. Text typed into forms is masked and not recorded. These are only used with your consent.

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we introduce them, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Your choices

When you first visit the site, you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies or choose which categories to allow. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We will ask you again after 12 months, or sooner if we add new services.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may then not work properly.

Full list of cookies and services

The list below shows every service we use, what it does, who provides it and how long its cookies last. It updates automatically when we make changes.
